his full-day experience is designed for guests who want something deeply personal, creative, and rare. In the morning, you will be introduced to gemstone cutting and polishing. You will learn how colour, light, shape, and surface affect the beauty of a stone, then take part in guided gemstone work under the artist’s supervision.
After a relaxed studio lunch with wine, tea, and light refreshments, the afternoon is dedicated to creating your ring. You will design a sterling silver ring around your gemstone and be guided through traditional jewellery-making processes, including shaping, texturing, soldering, polishing, and finishing. Depending on the design, your ring may include a simple stone setting or 24k gold inlay detail.
This experience includes gemstone selection, guided cutting or polishing, a personal design consultation, sterling silver ring-making, lunch, wine, tea, snacks, studio photos, gift packaging, and personal guidance from contemporary jewellery artist Lea Jiao throughout the day.
